NOTE: The Membership form H-103 is no longer used. New members complete the form online. Go to the International website, then go to Membership. Click on New Member Join.
There is an excellent New Member Registration Video on the International website that details how a new member registers online. This video is only accessed by existing members, but may be played for the new member by an existing member. The existing member needs to go to the International website and sign in. A new menu item Members Only will appear at the top right of the screen. Click on Resource Library, then type New Member Registration Video in the Search box. A link to the video will appear. Click on that link to watch the video with the new member.
